- Buy some Tom Yum soup paste and put a big tablespoon of it into some chicken stock.
- Add fresh ginger slivers, fish sauce, lime, sugar and lemongrass.
- Bring to a gentle simmer then add sliced mushrooms, fresh chili and prawns.
- Before serving add some beansprouts and coriander.
Tip: Be very careful when you eat this. If it goes down the wrong way you will cough and splutter. Nothing like a little danger at the dinner table.
Another success, this was yet another delicious soup. In your photo the soup looks much clearer than mine, but that's probably because you are a better photographer than I am. The addition of beansprouts worked well, and along with the mushrooms, prawns and ginger made this a good wholesome chunky soup.

I had no idea that I had my very own robot-detector. I have absolutely no idea what you are talking about. I'm sure my robot detector does though, and I'm sure I will be duly informed.
